Merry Christmas Bloggers!!

Hey Everyone!

Well, I know its the most wonderful time of the year, but its also the most STRESSFUL time of the year! I have found myself running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to buy gifts and get everything situated! Although, I do try and sit back whenever I get stressed and remember the reason for the season in Christ and that I really shouldnt be stressing over presents and decorating!

I am so very excited for Emma's 2nd Christmas! I know its going to be SO much fun seeing her open her presents, and seeing her eyes light up as she looks at everything she has gotten. I may have gone a little overboard with presents this Christmas but I honestly dont care! I love that little booger with all my heart, and I cant wait to see how happy she is goin to be. We got her all the things she has had her eye on, and a few that she has never seen before, but I know she is going to love!

Tomorrow we are doing our Lee/Thornton/Register get together. I am very excited about that, as from last year with all the tragedy that took place in both sides of the family, and so close to Christmas, it was very hard to have a get together, but this year we will. I am very excited, as this is Emma's first get together at Christmas with the entire family. It will be so nice to get together and see them all in one setting again. Its been entirely too long! Then after that, we area heading to Bayleaf for our annual Christmas Eve service. I look forward to this every year as its a wonderful time of scripture and singing with my church family!

Friday, CHRISTMAS DAY!! YAY!! We will be very busy cooking breakfast, opening gifts and spending time together as a family. I am so excited, as I look forward to this every year! I cant wait to get the video camera and record Emma getting out of bed in the morning... JUST like my daddy and mommy used to do with me!! Its so fun to carry traditions that I remember as a small child onto my child. Its funny have the roles have changed over the past year and a half. Its like I have taken over the mommy role, my mother has taken over my grandmothers role, and Emma has now taken on my role! Although It is very sad for me to have my 2nd Christmas without my grandmother. I miss her terribly. I hate that she isnt here to share in the time with Emma. Emma would have loved her so much. I make it a point to tell Emma all about her and how she was one of the first people to ever hold Emma and how she was SO PROUD of her, even if she was only 10 minutes old.

Christmas night we are having the Register get together. I am looking forward to this as well!! We can all spend some time to gether and talk. Even though we all talk a lot, there is something magical about being together on Christmas!

Saturday we are heading to my mom's side of the family for the Jackson family get together. I am very excited about this. My Cousins, Brooke and Brandi both have 2 children *and Brooke has a 3rd on the way!! Due in March!!* And my Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Angie have a little boy, so its going to be very exciting having 6 little ones running around and playing!! I pray that they all get alone!! :)

I am very happy to tell all of you my Christmas present!! AARON BOOKED ME A CRUISE!! He knew how badly I wanted to go to Mexico and get some place warm. He is such a sweetheart (when he wants to be lol) and very good to me!! Aaron and I are setting sail on the "Navigator of the Seas" on January 7th!! We are heading to Ft. Lauderdale on January 6th!! Its all very exciting... to get away from Wed til Monday in FLORIDA!! I am ready for some warmth... I am really not a fan of cold weather!!

We also start "The Truth Project" at our church on January 5th. I am very excited about that. I am so excited I got put in the class that I wanted where the teacher is a dear friend of our family. Its very exciting to hear the word of God through such special people!!

As of now we have ZERO NYE plans, but I hope to have SOMETHING planned as the date approaches. We may all go down to our beach house in Myrtle Beach. That will be very fun if we decide to do that!! :)

Anyways, just giving the Christmas Update, because it may be then beginning of 2010 before I can post again!! OMG.. can you believe that?!?! 2010?!?! Where has time gone!? I remember Y2K like it was yesterday, and now we are already 10 years into the new century?!?!

I am going to be 25 in less than a month now, wow. I am mid-twenties. See ya "early twenties" and i am very close to "late twenties" which is very close to "early thirties" ok wow.. I am jumping the gun! When I turn 20 Emma will be goin on 7 lol!!

I love all of you dearly, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! Spend lots of time with your family and enjoy them!

I would also like you all the pray for my dear friend Alli Moore. She lost one of her close friends in the train accident yesterday. Please Pray for her as she has lost a friend. Also pray for the father who has lost his Wife and Son in this tragic accident. I pray that Jesus will comfort them and heal their pain at Christmas time suffering such a great loss.

Merr Christmas!
